Returns & Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the goods.

Items must be returned clean, unused, complete and, where possible, in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

We will refund you using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or after you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

If the item you received is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
