Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed before you complete your order.

5. Orders and contract formation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order. The purchase contract is formed when we accept your order by sending the order confirmation or by dispatching the goods.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, incorrect address information, high order volume, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

8. Customs, duties and import charges

For orders shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply depending on your country and the shipping method used.

Where such charges are not collected during checkout, they may be charged by the carrier or local authorities before or upon delivery. The customer is responsible for any such charges unless stated otherwise during checkout.

9. Cancellation and returns

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly by email before the cancellation period expires.

10. Condition of returned goods

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. However, you are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Returned items should be unused, clean, complete and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.

11. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

12. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to the conditions stated with the offer. They cannot usually be combined unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.
